Married and Single Life
To lead a life as a married or single is a matter of preference.
While passing from married life to single life, most people cannot predict
differences that will occur in their life. While some of them adapt to those
differences in a short time, others cannot stand and so they go into divorce.
Therefore, everyone needs to know these before making such a serious decision.
Independence, money and free time are three main differences between married
and single life.
First, you need to remove the idea of independence from your mind
once you are married. As a married person you have to reconsider every decision
as potentially impacting your spouse. Thus, almost every step you take must be
considered from your husband or wife's point of view. On the other hand, when
you are single, you can do whatever you want and go wherever you want. You only
have to consider your own interests and desires.
Second, you have to think when and where the money is required to be
spent for you and your spouse future in married life. As a priority, you should
take into consideration of your spouse and children. Additionally, you need to
gather a certain amount of accumulation for your future. However, you tend to
spend more money for extra needs such as shopping or dining out in single life.
You can spend money when and where you see fit without worrying about an angry
spouse.
Third, married people usually have less free time to spend going cinema
or lingering with their friends because they have some responsibilities such as
working, cooking or raising children. Even if they find a free time, they can
apply to any activity taking a decision in common with your spouse.
Nevertheless, they can do what they want according to their own free choice in
single life.
The differences we see between the two lifestyle; unlike the single
people, married people are not free as they have to take a decision in common
with their husbands or wives, they spend less money because they need to save
money for their future, and they have less free time because of many other responsibilities.
Actually, if you are single, you are already comfortable and independent.
However, if you have preferred the married life, you should keep up with these
differences and lead a happy and peaceful life with your spouse.
